jz083 Platform Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the jz083 website located at https://jz083.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), creating a player account, depositing funds, or participating in any game, bet, or promotion offered on the Platform, you ("the User", "the Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("the Agreement"), including all policies incorporated by reference herein, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting jz083 support.

jz083 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will publish a revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

To register and maintain an active account on jz083, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jz083 is strictly an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 18 may register, deposit, wager, or claim any bonus on this Platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform through a self-exclusion request or been notified of a permanent ban by jz083.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by a gambling regulator or third-party responsible gaming organisation that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification (KYC)

jz083 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all registered accounts. As part of KYC, you will be required to provide government-issued identification — such as a National ID card (NID) or valid passport — confirming your name, date of birth, and residential address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the time period notified by jz083 may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete.

Where jz083 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, jz083 may suspend the account, freeze any associated balance, and request additional proof of age. If the player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be refunded to the funding source where technically possible, and any winnings or bonuses will be forfeited in full.

To access the full range of services on jz083 — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and withdrawing winnings — you must create a registered player account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals in Bangladesh.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all stages of registration and during any subsequent KYC review. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account closure.

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on jz083. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, jz083 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, consolidate or forfeit balances at its sole discretion, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. jz083 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional protection. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify jz083 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

jz083 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Account Currency

All jz083 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote BDT amounts.

Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed to the originating account and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

jz083 does not charge deposit fees on its side. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their published rate schedules. jz083 has no control over and accepts no liability for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must all be met:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account must have been fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount must be equal to or greater than the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500.
• The withdrawal destination must be the same mobile banking account used for your most recent deposit, or a verified account registered in your name.

jz083 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

jz083 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and any specific conditions published alongside the individual offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who have a fully verified jz083 account, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment account, unless the promotion explicitly states it is a recurring offer.
• Bonuses credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") which must be completed before any portion of the bonus — or winnings generated from the bonus — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain unconverted at expiry will be removed from the account balance without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, slots, Plinko, and Monster Fight may carry different contribution percentages. Refer to the specific promotion terms for the applicable contribution schedule.
• jz083 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing players currently working toward a wagering requirement will be given reasonable time to complete it.

Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account reviewed for possible suspension.

Technical Failures

Where an outcome cannot be reliably determined, the affected round may be voided and the wager returned to the player's account. jz083 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Each game and betting market on jz083 carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface before a bet is placed. jz083 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including during live in-play events where market volatility requires it. Players will be notified of any change to stake limits via an on-screen notification.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jz083 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities.

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register, access, or use the Platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating such access for a minor.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one player account on jz083, regardless of the intent or method used.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false identity, using another person's personal or payment information, or providing forged or altered KYC documents.
• Automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with games, place bets, or gain an advantage over other players or over the house.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in casino games — including live dealer tables — to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to structure transactions in a manner intended to conceal the origin of funds.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your mobile banking provider after funds have been used on the Platform, without a legitimate dispute basis.
• Exploiting errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors in betting markets, or system glitches to place bets or generate winnings that would not otherwise be possible under normal operating conditions.
• Harassment: Using the live chat support channel or any other Platform communication feature to harass, threaten, or abuse jz083 staff or other players.

jz083 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or AML concerns.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Confirmed underage status of the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legally binding instruction requiring account action.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your jz083 account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds and funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon written request after a minimum cooling-off period of 30 days, subject to jz083's approval.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jz083 will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month to the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be deactivated. To reactivate a dormant account, contact support at [email protected].

Effect of Closure on Bonuses

Upon account closure — whether voluntary, enforced, or due to dormancy — all active bonuses, pending free bets, loyalty points, and promotional credits are forfeited immediately and will not be reinstated if the account is subsequently reopened.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jz083 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical failure, or account suspension resulting from a breach of these Terms. jz083's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of commercial law as applied in comparable international online gaming jurisdictions. jz083 does not make any representation regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
